The Administrative Assistant role will be responsible for updating and maintaining tenant and property information in a database to support research analysis and business development activities. This role will also provide administrative support through research, information gathering, data entry, and reporting while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely completion of assigned tasks.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Research/update tenant and related information in our database. The information gathered and stored will be used by research for analysis and our sales team for business development pursuits.
- Miscellaneous data entry projects in support of the research data integrity program.
- Meet weekly targets to ensure project deadlines will be achieved.
- Present project summary based on objective/goal (TBD) which will be based on the data collection process. This summary will be presented at the end of the work term.
- Maintain a professional attitude and sincere work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Interest in a career path within real estate
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to support daily tasks and presentations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Organized and detail-oriented, being able to manage multiple tasks while staying focused and efficient.
- Team player with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and contributing to group efforts.
The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
