This Opportunity
Utah Testing and Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Professional to support our growing organization in our West Valley office. This part time role is a critical part of our office operations, providing essential support to our staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day functions within the firm.
Your Impact
The Administrative Professional provides both strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization.
- Enter data and maintain accurate filing systems for inspector and technician reports.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections (if needed), team meetings, training sessions, and company events, including staff lunches.
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally, including directing calls to the appropriate staff member or voicemail and screening solicitor inquiries.
- Assist with preparing project reports, requests for proposals, and other business documents.
- Support fleet vehicle maintenance coordination and record-keeping.
- Coordinate conference registration, travel arrangements, and scheduling for staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are:
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, data entry or executive support role (experience in an engineering, construction, or professional services firm is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Friendly demeanor
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
