Position Summary
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant /HR to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks assisting company leadership. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Suite and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Job Type: Full-Time and on-site
Pay: $24.50 to $26.50
Requirements
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
• Do research, answer complaints, and solve problems as needed.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, etc.
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain a filing system
• Maintain contact lists
• Provide general support
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with executive and leadership to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
Experience and Education
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Experience with data entry preferred.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
