Job Title- Administrative Assistant

Principal accountabilities:- Comply with all environmental & health and safety federal, state, local regulations and company policies.
- Report operational KPIs
- Provide administrative HR support as needed, such as:
- Placing advertisements
- Submitting background check
- Data entry of payroll information for new employees
- Coordinate meetings and plant tours/visits
- Organize travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide receptionist duties (greets visitors, takes and routes phone calls, etc.)
- Assist with Purchase Order and expense administration
- Inventory and order all office supplies
- Maintain office equipment such as copy and fax machines and printers
- Prepare typed documents and their distribution
- Establish and maintain filing system for the Administrative Dept.
- Prepare expense reports
- Manage copy room
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements for the role:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3 years’ administrative experience supporting senior leadership
- Advanced knowledge of MS office packages and Outlook email
