As an Administrative Assistant, You will provide administrative support to an outpatient substance abuse counseling facility. A commitment to RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.

 Major Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls for staff and route appropriately to extension or voicemail, or convey messages
  • Field and address general calls and inquiries regarding services provided at Rise Above
  • Greet arriving clients and complete appropriate check-in procedures
  • Collect and record payments for services
  • Schedule evaluation appointments 
  • Maintain and report group registration and attendance as needed
  • Process evaluations and communicate status of evaluations with referral sources
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management team

Job Qualifications 

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in clerical or administrative work
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experienced with electronic health records preferred
  • Bilingual speakers are highly encouraged to apply

 

Education and Experience: 

  • · High School diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Environment(s) is modern, well-lit office facilities in multiple locations
  • Multiple levels of stairs with access by elevator
