Tasks and Qualifications:This is what you will be in this role:- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Plant Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Draft and prepare reports, and presentations as needed.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation. Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, dinners, and other events.
- Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Plant Director. This may include conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking project progress.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in working order. Manage office budget and expenses as directed.
- Compliance Support: Assist with ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
