The organization is ready to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals who are committed to assuming responsibility for administrative support to Chief Operating Officer and designated staff.
QualificationsEssential Job Duties:
• Administrative support for the executive team and Board of Directors
• Manage a variety of documents, including reports, proposals, and submissions - This role will require you to keep stakeholders informed and constantly reprioritize when necessary
• Generate applicable monthly reports as required
• Assist program staff with special projects including data gathering, data analysis and summary reporting
• Attend meetings as assigned and prepare minutes or reports on actions and distribute as appropriate
• Receive and assist visitors as needed
• Utilize strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Organize and prepare meetings as directed to include: reservations, room arrangements, food, and supplies
• Seek out innovative ways to streamline and improve workflow processes
• Develop and maintain records and files in an organized accurate manner
• Provide board administrative and clerical assistance
• Coordinate meetings/events
• Arrange domestic travel, including all flight changes, accommodations, and other details
• Support internal stakeholders with word processing, proofing, and creating presentations
• Models Center’s expectation for sensitivity and competency relating to diversity and cultural awareness

Training, Education, Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred
• Training in business operations
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology in performing job duties to includes: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or be able to obtain one prior to employment
• Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Must have a clean driving record for past 5 years
