Job Description

  • Serve as the primary front desk point of contact for customers, greeting visitors and assisting with program check-in and general inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.

  • Collect and review documentation of customer participation in program activities to ensure compliance with program requirements and assigned participation hours.

  • Enter and maintain accurate records of customer participation and activities in the program data tracking system.

  • Ensure documentation of participation in program activities is collected and entered into the tracking system on at least a weekly basis for all customers.

  • Work collaboratively with program staff to ensure customers are properly assigned to activities and remain engaged in required program participation.

  • Follow up with program staff, worksites, and partner agencies to obtain missing documentation when necessary.

  • Provide general front desk support including directing customers to appropriate staff, answering basic program questions, and assisting with client flow in the reception area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years related clerical experience
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of office machinery and automation, including any applicable software packages
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and the public
