Administrative Assistant - Wealth Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our wealth solutions team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless client service, efficient office operations, and strong organizational support for our advisors. Essential Position Responsibilities: 

• Accurately prepare, process, and track client paperwork, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards 

• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and calls for advisors, optimizing schedules for efficiency 

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, facilitating requests, and ensuring prompt follow-up 

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and office organization 

• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and special projects as needed, supporting overall team success 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Administrative experience in a professional setting preferred 
• Experience in wealth industry preferred

• Experience using Microsoft and CRM systems preferred 

• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally 

• Team player
