Responsibilities:
Create professional presentations and decks
Draft briefs and format documents with precision
Prepare and format invoices
Maintain filing systems and manage document production
Support marketing initiatives, including newsletters and outreach
Manage and update spreadsheets and databases
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements/Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and think on your feet
Ability to travel to NYC occasionally as needed
Excellent, verifiable references
Schedule: Monday through Friday. On-site in CT with occasional travel to New York City office
Salary: $85,000 per year
