Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced organization based in Torrington, CT, is seeking a highly capable and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for a smart, proactive professional with excellent computer skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a high level of professionalism, organization, and initiative to the role. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create professional presentations and decks 

  • Draft briefs and format documents with precision 

  • Prepare and format invoices 

  • Maintain filing systems and manage document production 

  • Support marketing initiatives, including newsletters and outreach 

  • Manage and update spreadsheets and databases 

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations 

Requirements/Qualifications: 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively 

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and think on your feet 

  • Ability to travel to NYC occasionally as needed 

  • Excellent, verifiable references 


Schedule: Monday through Friday.  On-site in CT with occasional travel to New York City office 
Salary: $85,000 per year
