Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Title Services Manager, the Administrative Assistant performs general clerical and administrative duties to assure the department runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Types letters, memoranda, and other general office correspondence.
- Maintains department files
- Order and track work from 3rd party vendors
- Pre-search title orders, obtain tax information from various jurisdictions in Virginia
- Assist with invoicing and reporting

- High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- 2 or more years of administrative experience required.

- Detail oriented
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in VA or MD.
Wage: $19.00 - $22.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
