Administrative Assistant

Join TELUS Health as an Administrative Assistant where you'll play a vital role in supporting our teams with essential documentation and mail services. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient document management, mail distribution, and administrative support, contributing to seamless service delivery across TELUS departments.

What you’ll do

  • Sort and distribute incoming and interoffice mail by department and individual employees in a timely manner

  • Scan, upload, and manage documentation for various TELUS teams with accuracy and efficiency

  • Prepare and process inbound and outbound mailings

  • Coordinate and arrange package pickups with appropriate carriers

  • Prioritize mail delivery to ensure time-sensitive materials reach their destinations promptly

  • Respond professionally to internal requests and inquiries

  • Maintain organized systems for document tracking and mail distribution

  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-pace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a mailroom, central operations, or administrative support role

  • Familiarity with document management systems

  • Experience with scanning equipment and digital filing systems

  • Knowledge of courier services and shipping procedures
