Admin Asst, StaffFlex contract

Part-time; 7a - 3:30p; 2 - 4 shifts per week

- Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining partnerships with high schools, community-based traffic safety organizations, and AdventHealth Parker hospital staff;
- Transporting program equipment and supplies to school sites;
- Facilitating Choose S.A.F.E. activities and hands-on programming directly with students;
- Supporting school staff and student leaders with curriculum implementation;
- Managing pre- and post-intervention data collection and reporting; and adjusting programming based on data outcomes, traffic safety best practices, and partner feedback.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leaders and department staff. Prepares, edits, and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents. Manages confidential information and handles sensitive matters with discretion. Provides logistical support for meetings, including arranging facilities, catering, accommodations, and technical equipment. Organizes and maintains electronic and paper filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials. Communicates effectively with staff, leadership, outside callers, and visitors. Assists with special projects and assignments as directed by leadership. Monitors and orders office supplies to ensure the department is well-stocked. Coordinates and supports the onboarding process for new employees within the department. Maintains up-to-date contact lists and directories for the department. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Other duties as assigned.
