  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman of the Korea office, as well as other team members where appropriate
  • Handle general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
  • Regularly coordinate meetings and conference (audio & video) calls
  • Organize complex international travel itineraries and arrangements
  • Screen, and where necessary act upon, all email communications (both internal & external)
  • Field all telephone calls
  • Extensive diary management
  • Monthly reconciliation of professionals’ expenses
  • Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience in working with a mix of senior-level executives and professionals providing outstanding administrative support in a dynamic environment
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients
  • Ability to cover teams of multiple professionals, multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Korean (native) is a requirement
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a growing team environment
