We are seeking an administrative assistant for our Providence, RI office.
How You'll Spend Your Time:
- Front Desk/Reception coverage
- Answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Handling ingoing and outgoing mail
- Other general administrative support for the office
- Supporting team member of the centralized admin team
- Office XCM Champion role
- Assisting office manager as requested
- Ordering and stocking supplies and other misc. administrative duties as requested
Successful candidates for this position should possess the following attributes:
- High School diploma or GED
- At least three (3) years of administrative experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Desire and ability to work in a team environment
