Applications are invited for the above vacancy in Administration Branch of System Operation Department. Reporting to Administration Manager, major duties of the appointee would include:
- Manage and coordinate catering operations and services, including staff supervision, daily meal provision, food quality assurance, procurement, equipment maintenance & repair, hygiene standards, and catering support for events and corporate functions.
- Oversee cleaning and gardening services, including contract administration, contractor performance monitoring, and supervision of contractors to ensure service quality standards and facility readiness.
- Manage department transport operations and services, including contract administration, contractor performance monitoring, vehicle maintenance, and coordination of emergency and typhoon arrangements.
- Support security administration, including physical access control and assisting in the supervision of security personnel to ensure compliance with company standing instructions and service standards.
- Assist in procurement activities, including purchasing, supplier coordination, and budget planning and monitoring.
- Assist the Administration Manager in managing the Department’s Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) systems, including supporting related activities and coordination for departmental operations and events.
- Coordinate and provide office logistics support to various Branches of the Department.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in any discipline, preferably Business related.
- 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B), or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE including English Language.
- At least five years’ relevant work experience.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Form (English and Chinese).
- Strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
- Customer-oriented, self-initiated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Candidates with less experience but demonstrate good potential for further development will be considered for a position at lower grade.
