Responsibilities

Based in Brentwood, the Administrative Assistant will be part of the Power Opportunities group and will provide administrative support to the investment team members and executive assistants.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the front desk, greeting visitors, managing mail packages and office deliveries, and maintaining reception area
  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, conference calls and events for junior investment team members;
  • Scheduling travel arrangements (domestic and international) and managing expense reports for junior investment team members;
  • Organizing client/internal meetings, including conference room set-up;
  • Ordering catering and refreshments for weekly staff lunches and other meetings within the office;
  • Organizing office supplies (copy paper, pens/pencils, envelopes, desktop accessories);
  • Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls; and
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting staff within a professional services firm;
  • Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills with a strong attention-to-detail;
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; and
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Base Salary Range

$60,000 - $100,000

In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement.  The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
