Association Administrator

Portland, OR | Full-Time | $21-$25/hour

Are you someone who loves staying organized, keeping projects moving, and helping people? AMS | Association Management Services NW is looking for an Association Administrator to support our Association Business Managers and help service homeowner associations throughout the the Portland area.

No two days are exactly the same. If you enjoy variety, working with a team, and keeping things running behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

  • Support multiple Association Business Managers with daily administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with homeowners, Board members, vendors, and teammates by phone and email.
  • Prepare letters, reports, meeting packets, and other documents.
  • Coordinate vendor requests, maintenance projects, and follow-up iteam.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with meeting preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and keep projects organized.
  • Help ensure our communities receive outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
