Monday.com is looking for an Administrative Assistant to act as the right-hand support of the Builders team (Product, Design and Engineering functions) in our rapidly growing London office. You will provide strategic administrative support, calendar management, travel planning for the VP and site leadership. You will be entrusted with key leadership projects, initiatives and events. You will join our Operations Team and work from London with the team based in our headquarters in Tel aviv, Israel.

About The Role:
- Administrative Wizardry: Manage our leader’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel like a pro. Prepare and edit all sorts of documents, from emails to presentations. Handle confidential information with ninja-like discretion.
- Team Coordination: Keep the communication flowing within the Builders team and across departments. Organize team meetings, prepare agenda, take minutes, and make sure everyone’s on the same page. Assist with onboarding new team members so they feel right at home.
- Project Juggling: Help plan and coordinate projects with other PAs in the business, making sure everything’s on track. Keep tabs on progress and update everyone on key deadlines.
- Event Planning Extraordinaire: Plan and execute team events, workshops, and off-site activities. Handle logistics for conferences, seminars, and other events.
- Communication Champ: Be the go-to contact between the leader and everyone else, inside and outside the company. Draft and send out internal communications when needed.
Requirements
- Administrative Superpowers: Proven experience as an Admin assistant or similar role. Top-notch organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail. Expert in all tools and can learn new tools fast.
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- People Person: Stellar written and verbal communication abilities. Comfortable interacting with folks at all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: You can keep a secret better than a vault. High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ready to pivot and tackle new challenges as they come.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-starter who loves to take initiative. Can anticipate needs and act without being asked (like a mind reader, but legal).
- A proven track record on all the above points. We're interested in qualifications, but not essential. Experience and learning from mistakes are most important. If you've worked within a product design, tech environment and a global company are bonuses.
