The Position
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Administrative Assistant member -to join our Roche Diagnostics Adriatic team in Croatia -who will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support activities including communication, scheduling, record keeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Your Impact:
- Lead the internal processing of event orders & support event preparation such as administration of participation list, printing name tags & certificates etc.
- Initiate contract creation based in electronic contract management system
- Coordinate all internal events at Roche DIA Adriatic (e.g. Kick Off meetings, Business Reviews)
- Make Purchase orders creation for Roche DIA in case of non-existing vendor on preferred list or opening and add to site of new vendors for Roche Diagnostics
- Assist/lead on projects (i.e. MDG-S and Release Strategy)
- Assist in travels organization reports for international assignees
- Keep records and collect all needed documents for costs compensations, salaries (e.g. for received salaries, business trips)
- Provides support for onboarding of newly hired employees
- Order & handle office material and distribution
- Serves as the liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, or operations. May act as the primary contact and respond to internal and external inquiries.
Who you are:
- You hold a minimum of secondary education (High School ) with a preference for higher education.
- You are precise, focused, accountable way of working with high level of organizational and problem solving skills.
- You are fluent in Croatian and English , both written and spoken. Slovenian is considered a nice-to-have.
- You demonstrate high attention to details and ability to work independently
- You have strong stakeholder management skills & ability to multi-task.
- You have a proactive mindset with eagerness to learn & grow within the role
- You have team player attitude, accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and set the right priorities
