Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to an Executive Director in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on organization, anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What You'll Do
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate conferences, events, and leadership meetings
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Track projects and keep stakeholders informed of key updates and deadlines
  • Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Support daily office operations and help resolve issues proactively
What You'll Bring

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five years of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Healthcare experience
