Our Administrative Assistant provides departmental or department head administrative support.

This is a hybrid position based in Nashville, TN at our corporate HQ.

Your duties include and are not limited to:

  • You will provide administrative support including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents
  • You will answer inquiries or refer callers/visitors to appropriate individuals. Follow up as needed or required to ensure task is complete
  • You maintain constant contact/communication with higher level management, executives, Sarah Cannon colleagues, and outside contacts to ensure processes are followed, maintained, and follow up as needed to see project to completion
  • You maintain timesheets and expense reports
  • You will make travel arrangements
  • You ensure adequacy of office supplies and equipment
  • You schedule and coordinates meetings, appointments and calendars for directors
  • You compile reports from data and existing records

Qualifications

  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma (GED)
  • Preferred: Associate Degree (2 year program) or higher
  • Minimum Required:
  • Administrative experience or skills
  • Preferred:
  • 3 years of secretarial experience or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare organization
