The Role
For our Malta office, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and committed person to help us organize our daily tasks better. You will work alongside HR, and the Managing Director, and support the normal functioning of the office as necessary.
Responsibilities
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office;
• Ensure office security by following safety procedures/policies;
• Assist with building access and maintaining access records;
• Maintain pantry and office supplies inventory i.e. check stock, place orders, etc.;
• Liaise with regular vendors for maintenance, services and deliveries;
• Receive, send and sort mails/couriers;
• Create a positive work environment for all staff.
Requirements
• Degree or diploma in related fields;
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in general affairs, and office management;
• Tech-savvy with good computer skills (e.g. Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.);
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask;
• Ability to liaise with people at all levels and possess good verbal and written skills;
• Resourceful and willing to learn;
• Desire to be proactive and provide good service;
• Able to navigate a fast-paced working environment.
