TITLE: Administrative Assistant Intern
DEPARTMENT: Athletics
REPORTS TO: Administrative Assistant/Athletic Administration

POSITION SUMMARY: Evangel University is seeking applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant Intern. Their primary duty is to work with our 4EverMaroon members and all fundraising activities. They will manage suite rentals for the AGFA and work all fundraising events. They will also assist the Administrative Assistant with things like invoices, referees, and other assigned duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage 4EverMaroon memberships
- Manage Athletic Newsletters
- Handle AGFA suite rentals
- Assist with athletics fundraising / fundraising events
- Assist with invoices
- Assist with referee information
- Other duties as assigned
