Supports athletics administration by managing 4EverMaroon memberships, newsletters, AGFA suite rentals, fundraising activities and events. Assists with invoices, referee information, and other administrative duties assigned by athletic administration.

Manages advancement CRM systems, data integrity, fundraising and financial reporting, prospect research, donor analytics, and staff CRM support. Identifies and qualifies major-donor prospects, maintains constituent intelligence, and supports portfolio and moves management. Coordinates advancement services, alumni and donor communications, web updates, and special projects while collaborating with development leadership, gift officers, marketing, IT, and university departments.

Coordinates home athletic event operations, opponent and campus communications, game-day setup, broadcasts, live production, instant replay, scoreboards, video boards, and technology support. Manages game scripts, schedules, statistics, volunteers, work-study staff, athletic photography, historical records, and online schedules. Supports graphic design, coaches, the sports information director, band coordination, and vendor maintenance while ensuring compliance with university and athletic association policies.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Athletic Director and athletics department. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and facilities, maintaining budgets, reconciling credit cards, processing invoices and employees, ordering supplies, coordinating student workers, supporting coaches and athletic staff, managing event ticket sales, and assisting with athletic events and special projects.

Develops and manages a portfolio of prospective and current donors through identification, cultivation, solicitation, gift closure, documentation, and stewardship. Builds relationships with donors and university constituents, creates funding proposals, collaborates with university leaders, maintains CRM records, meets fundraising goals, supports advancement events and initiatives, and provides portfolio reporting. Requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, judgment, integrity, and commitment to the university’s mission.

Serves as Evangel University's chief academic officer, leading academic programs, faculty, academic quality, student success, accreditation, and institutional planning. Partners with the President, CFO, enrollment leaders, faculty, and trustees to align academic offerings with mission, enrollment, workforce needs, and financial sustainability. Oversees faculty development, program evaluation, academic governance, assessment, strategic planning, and innovation in teaching and online education while advancing the University's Christian and Pentecostal identity.

Supports the Sports Information Director with game-day statistics, event leadership, sports article writing, athletics app and website updates, game-day production, and social media graphic creation. The intern also performs other athletics information and event-support duties as assigned.

Part-time athletics intern supporting game day operations, including livestream management, video production, facility setup, facility rentals, communication with visiting teams and referees, and EMS coordination for home events.
