As part of this growth, we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant (Internal Sales) to support our team for a fixed period of 6 months.
Job DescriptionAs an Administrative Assistant in our Internal Sales department, you provide essential administrative support to the team. You play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a professional service experience for our customers and partners.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the right colleagues
- Processing and following up on incoming customer orders in our system
- Handling customer inquiries about orders, deliveries, and pricing in a clear and professional manner
- Logging and tracking customer complaints to ensure timely resolution
- Creating and updating customer and contact information in our CRM and ERP systems
- Maintaining internal reference lists that support the sales team
- You have previous experience in an administrative role
- You are accurate, digitally fluent, and comfortable with Outlook and Teams; basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is sufficient
- You are customer-focused, communicative, and a true team player
- You’re flexible, discreet, and proactive in your work
- Ideally, you are familiar with working in an SME environment
