Who are you?

You’re organized, dependable, and enjoy keeping teams running smoothly behind the scenes. At C&N, we’re seeking an Administrative Assistant III to provide high-level administrative support to department leadership and teams.

In this role, you’ll coordinate meetings and schedules, prepare reports and presentations, manage departmental records, and help ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy supporting projects and leadership initiatives, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Administrative & Executive Support: Provide administrative support to department leadership by managing calendars, screening calls, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence and communications.

  2. Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize meetings and events by coordinating logistics, preparing agendas and materials, arranging travel, and ensuring meeting spaces, technology, and catering are prepared.

  3. Reporting & Document Preparation: Compile data and prepare reports, spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and other materials to support departmental initiatives and leadership needs.

  4. Records & Information Management: Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, update internal databases and spreadsheets, and ensure records are accurate and accessible.

  5. Operational & Project Support: Assist with departmental projects and initiatives by tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, coordinating tasks, and supporting workflow organization.

  6. Budget & Administrative Tracking: Assist with expense reporting, departmental budget tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining inventory for office operations.

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 4–6 years of administrative or office support experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to support multiple priorities and deadlines
