FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING
Requirements- High School diploma / General Education Development (GED) and at least 5 years of experience relevant to this position
- Providing word processing, graphic, and presentation support; selecting appropriate computer applications, planning the details of formatting, spacing and page layout using various software capabilities
- Reviewing drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage and style; preparing presentation materials; answering questions relating to established policies and procedures
- Reviewing financial material and researching unusual charges
- Proofreading, assembling, distributing material
- Assisting in the coordination of moderate to complex level project assignments
- Application of basic arithmetic to compute ratios and calculate averages; preparing and interpreting travel expense reports, charts, time sheets, accounting records, graphs and reports
- Following established administrative, confidential, and sensitive data guidelines in maintaining the security of company proprietary and classified information
- Making travel arrangements, and reserving conference rooms for meetings
- Assisting with establishment of budgets and monitoring project performance, project status reporting, and documentation
- Maintaining/creating program records and preparing special and recurring reports following general directions
- Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 65 words per minute
- Previous experience providing administrative assistance support at NAWCAD WOLF

Travel Requirements- Less than 5 business days per calendar year
