Hourly Pay Range:

- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
What you will do:
- Perform administrative duties to support both the System Vice President (Operations and Laboratory) and Laboratory and Pathology Clinical Chair
- Management of Physician Recruitment, Hire and Set up
- Financial Management / Office Setup and Maintenance
- Time and Attendance Keeping / Human Resource Management
- Grant / Manuscript Preparation
- Secretarial Functions Related to System Vice President (Operations and Laboratory), Laboratory and Pathology Clinical Chair, Lab Services and Lab Administrative Functions
- Cross Coverage
What you will need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Certification: Not applicable
- Experience: 3-5 years of related administrative experience.
- Unique or Preferred Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, knowledge of medical terminology, extensive computer software expertise, minimal typing speed of 55 wpm. Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
