Solvere Technical Group is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II - Legal to join our team in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Provides clerical and administrative support for the Military Legal office;
- Prepares correspondence, reports, and legal documents;
- Screens and directs calls and visitors; manages databases;
- Maintains office documentation;
- Researches administrative issues for military personnel and management
Experience:
- 3 yrs experience in Military Administrative duties in a military legal office
- Familiarity with DOD/Navy directives, Military Personnel Manual, JAGMAN, and UCMJ
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, SharePoint)
Education:
- Associate's degree in a related field
