Perform financial research, validation, and analysis of obligations and disbursements using federal supply and financial systems. Use tools like WAWF, FEDLOG, OTS, WebVLIPS, and EDA to support accurate accounting and reporting. Maintain records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures under active Secret clearance.

Serve as Lead Financial Analyst overseeing daily contract financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. Prepare OPTAR, BOR, TL, OVR, and DL reports; manage GCPC processes; use Navy supply systems (RSUPPLY, OTS) and SABRS. Provide managerial financial guidance, recommend funding alternatives, and support occasional after-hours travel for emergencies.

Serve as primary engineering counterpart to the Flight Test Pilot: plan and execute flight tests, operate airborne data acquisition and telemetry systems, perform post-flight data reduction and statistical analysis, author formal test reports, and represent test interests at technical reviews and safety boards.

Perform daily contract financial operations for Navy shipboard environments, act for the contractor on contract matters, maintain OPTAR records, generate BOR and TL reports, process OVR/Difference Listings, use RSUPPLY/OTS/SABRS and MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP, support GCPC processes, and provide limited after-hours travel support. Maintain SharePoint architecture and permissions, enforce version control for technical artifacts, create dashboards and reports (Power BI/Excel/PowerPoint), perform daily data entry and document routing, audit repositories for USCG records compliance, and provide desk-side support and training to government and contractor staff.

Provides clerical and administrative support to a Military Legal office: prepares correspondence, reports, and legal documents; screens calls and visitors; manages databases and office documentation; researches administrative issues for military personnel and management. Uses MS Office and SharePoint and complies with NDA requirements.
