Who you are:

As an Administrative Assistant I, you provide support to managers and other employees by handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and efficient. You enjoy working cross-functionally with other lines of business in the organization and you take this as an opportunity to build long lasting relationships with all individuals in the organization. You have the ability to prioritize projects, resolve problems, and pay attention to detail. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do:

• Receive and respond to routine correspondence to maintain clear communication

• Monitor office supply inventory to ensure the office is well stocked

• Develop an effective administrative system to access relevant information quickly

• Pull and present lists of information upon request

• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Strong organizational skills

• Demonstrated attention to detail

• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
