The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Regional Manager within our Retail banking division. The incumbent will act as the central point of contact for the regional office providing administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the regional office, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, screening mail, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Answer internal and external calls, including customer calls or other areas of the bank.
  • Provide support to the Regional Manager’s direct reports from time-to-time to create spreadsheets and word documents, proofread, provide reports, branch coverage and scheduling.
  • Perform general office management duties, such as calendar management and logistics, travel arrangements, catering, event planning and coordination, equipment upkeep, ordering supplies, mail distribution, expense reimbursement, tracking time off for the Regional Manager’s direct reports, and greeting visitors to the regional office.
  • Act as the “back-up” for other Regional Assistants in the Bank.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some previous college education preferred.
  • Must have at least two years of previous administrative and office management experience.
  • Previous database management experience is preferred.
  • Previous calendar management experience is requirement.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills is required.
  • Must possess a strong degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing list or priorities.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully interact with all levels of management including EVPs, peers and the community.
