Provides administrative assistance to the administrator and administrative personnel.

CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
- Provides administrative support to Administration department, the Administrator and the various directors.
- Works with the administrative secretaries to provide the appropriate department support and coverage.
- Responsible for answering a high-volume of calls in a professional and courteous manner. Takes down accurate messages and directs this the appropriate person.
- Arranges for, schedules, and identifies meeting locations for committees.
- Keeps records and meeting minutes for the various committees as assigned. Responsible for sending reminders to committee members.
- Prepares meeting materials and sends documents out to attendees in advance of the meeting.
- Assist in filing and organizing of contracts, correspondence and mail.
- Assist in the logging, scanning and routing of mail as directed.
- Reviews and processes all contracts, both governmental and non-governmental.
- Maintains a current file of all facility licenses, contracts and/or applications and assists with follow- ups.
- Performs other administrative duties, as assigned by the Administrator or President.
EDUCATION
High school diploma required. Two (2) year college degree, preferred. Extensive secretarial skills and knowledge of computer systems preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) consecutive years in administration in a mental health or chemical dependency facility, preferred.
