- Provides support to management to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department.
- Records and maintains real property liens according to applicable county and state requirements and follows for clear title in accordance with the credit approval.
- Records and maintains collateral liens on titled collateral.
- Performs annual notification of potential buyers in order to maintain collateral perfection on crops/livestock.
- Processes lien releases in accordance with all collateral release policies, including logging and tracking status.
- Researches and prepares all applicable documentation to effectuate the release of collateral.

- Collateral perfection experience preferred.
