The Administrative Assistant will administratively support the Site Development & Integration team projects by performing day-to-day tasks involving the management and reporting for clinical trials conducted at DM Clinical Research.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing DMCR-required training, including GCP and IATA.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of current FDA regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines, organizational SOPs, guidance -documents and study protocols.
- Performing administrative tasks to support as assigned by Site Development and Integration team.
- Supply ordering and inventory maintenance.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to include, but not limited to, document preparation, file organization, correspondence, and presentation.
- Scheduling appointments and planning for meetings.
- Travel to other sites to either perform the duties of an administrative assistant or train new AAs.
- Any other matters as assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:
- High school diploma required
Experience:
- One year experience with spreadsheets
- One year of experience with GSuite
- One year experience either taking meeting minutes, scribing, data transcription or a combination of the
- three.

- Strong organizational
- Communication (both verbal and written)
- Time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Detail Oriented.
- Typing speed 40 words per minute
Skills Required
