Under the supervision of the Office Manager, performs duties as assigned that include communication,
reception, secretarial and operational for office practice, while serving as the liaison between the
patient, other staff, and the physician.
Initiates implementation of processes and/or has access to all operational components of the office as
required by daily operations.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
* Previous experience doing similar duties.
• Medical Assistant training or equivalent of two years physician's practice experience preferred.
• Coding experience preferred.
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Work requires knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles.
• Ability to meet physical and mental requirements of the position in a fast
paced physician practice.
• Computer experience or skills
