Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant 50-60% (CDD 6 months) to join our Legal Department at Swissquote Bank Ltd at its headquarters in Gland, Switzerland.
This role is a multi-disciplinary function in which you would help the Legal Operations teams to deliver their services. The tasks are diverse and focus in particular on supporting the team members in the treatment of requests and enquiries that Swissquote receives from authorities such as FINMA, state attorneys, debt collection offices, etc. The tasks include for example the following:
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail (including a brief initial assessment of the requests),
- Collection of documents/information;
- Keeping track of deadlines;
- Handling simple requests from authorities;
- Sending notifications to the clients;
- Providing general support to the Legal Operations teams, also in the context of the treatment of larger cases where necessary.
- You have at least completed a basic economic education (“CFC”) or another title deemed equivalent),
- You have a minimum of at least 2 years of work experience,
- You are fluent in French (level C.2 / mother tongue) and must have a good grasp of German (minimum B.2 is mandatory). Your knowledge of English is at least fairly good (minimum B.1 level).
- You have excellent analytical skills and are keen to understand the context of the tasks you are treating,
- You have an excellent sense of organization, autonomy, rigor and reliability,
- You are dynamic and multi-tasking,
- You have excellent communication skills and team spirit,
- You are at ease with using the standard MS Office programs, an advanced grasp of Excel is a plus.
