Responsibilities
- Attend weekly team meetings and trainings as requested. Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes and documents in standard company format.
- Maintain supervisor's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange for travel and other accommodations.
- Generate weekly and monthly project reports. Assist with other reports as needed. Coordinate and compile property management reports.
- Ensure coverage of office hours and maintain office supply inventory.
- Prepare presentations for property management.
- Coordinate tasks across multiple departments and levels throughout the organization.
- Handle petty cash for office property management staff.
- Execute projects assigned by director of property management. Support the director of property management with all aspects of property management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks and work under pressure.
- Ability to focus with occasional interruption.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
- This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
- 2-5 years of human resources or administrative experience.
