What you will do:
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance Physician Enterprise, the Finance Administrative Assistant performs clerical, bookkeeping, secretarial and administrative duties for finance/operations depts of the Medical Group/Physician Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Professional Expenses/CME - Maintain Professional Expense/CME accounts for the medical group in QuickBooks based on applicable policies
Additional Compensation - Input/maintain Additional Compensation spreadsheet with items submitted for payroll from various sources
FFS Compensation - Compile Manager Fee-For-Service (FFS) compensation for providers
Mileage Audits - Conduct monthly post-pay mileage audits
Petty cash - Assist with setup audits verification and reconciliations
Requirements:
HS diploma required. AAS in Bookkeeping/Accounting or similar major OR 3years of related experience preferred
Working knowledge of principles of payroll accounting and the general accounting process.
Ability to create effective working relationships with employees and other departments
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, Word, Outlook and File Explorer
Pay Range - $17.85- $23.80
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
