The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the ERP Transformation Program by providing professional administrative support to the program leadership, team members, and stakeholders. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, tracking program actions, and managing communications to facilitate the successful delivery of the ERP transformation effort. 

What will you be doing?

  • Schedule and organize program meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.

  • Prepare and distribute agendas and materials, capture notes, actions, and decisions.

  • Track and update program action items, ensuring timely completion and reporting progress.

  • Draft and distribute program communications and maintain stakeholder channels.

  • Act as a point of contact for routine inquiries and route requests appropriately.

  • Organize and maintain program documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility.

  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and other program materials.

  • Coordinate logistics for events and support budgeting and procurement activities.

What will you need to be successful?

  • High school diploma or technical degree required; currently enrolled in or completed university studies in Administration or related fields preferred.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required to interact effectively in a global environment.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, or similar support role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Co-Pilot) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom)

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Experience in supporting large-scale technology programs or ERP projects is a plus
