As an Administrative Assistant at Illuminate USA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization. You will be at the heart of our operations, supporting various critical functions that contribute to our growth and success. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including coordinating travel arrangements, facilitating new hire onboarding, planning, and executing special events.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure seamless execution and follow-through.
- Data Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. Maintain and update executive records, including contact lists, organizational charts, and other key documentation.
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination and management of special projects initiated by the executive team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic understanding of financial terminology and concepts.
