The Administrative Assistant – Clinical Services provides essential administrative and operational support to Community Support Teams, helping ensure accurate client records, efficient workflows, and reliable reporting across multiple programs and regions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support quality care through exceptional organization, attention to detail, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Community Support Team operations across multiple programs and regions.
- Verify and maintain client demographic, insurance, financial, and enrollment information across multiple software systems.
- Monitor, research, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and assist leadership in identifying trends and operational needs.
- Support client enrollment, transfers, discharges, and re-engagement activities.
- Maintain documentation, surveys, spreadsheets, and other administrative tracking tools.
- Coordinate office operations, including supplies, fleet vehicle records, and special projects.
- Protect the confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Provide additional administrative support as assigned.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High School/GED required
- At least (2) Years’ administrative assistant or related experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge and experience in creating/running Crystal reports & exporting into Excel format
