Under the supervision of the Director, Cardiovascular Services, and with guidance from the Device Clinic/Stress Lab Supervisor, performs duties as assigned that include communication, reception, secretarial and operational for office practice, while serving as the liaison between the patient, other staff, and the physician(s).
Initiates implementation of processes and/or has access to all operational components of the office as required by daily operations.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent required
- Previous experience in clerical or receptionist position, at least one year
- Medical Assistant training or equivalent of two years physician's practice experience preferred.
- Coding experience preferred
