POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across all departments. This role is essential to ensuring accurate tax document management, effective client communication, and smooth day-to-day departmental workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to tax professionals, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Prepare, organize, and maintain tax documents and filings in compliance with all applicable regulations
- Assist with tax return preparation and related documentation
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential tax records
- Communicate with clients regarding document requests, updates, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information for tax filings
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and office organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Prior experience filing tax return / familiarity with process of tax returns

- In-office position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation: Commensurate with experience; discussed during the interview process.
