Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at MO Regional Office located in Jefferson City, Missouri.
The Administrative Assistant performs clerical, administrative and secretarial functions for statewide contract. Duties may include: office receptionist; monitoring time keeping; personnel document processing; maintaining personnel, credentialing, health & safety and training files.
QualificationsEducation/Credentials/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of secretarial or office experience required
- Good communication and organizational skills, professional phone etiquette, and accurate typing skills of 50 wpm at a minimum
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in word processing required. Prefer working knowledge of spreadsheets and data base programs as well
- Must receive and maintain satisfactory background investigation report
- Must maintain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR/AED certification
- Experience in a correctional environment preferred
