Join our team as an Administrative Assistant, where your organization and coordination skills will help turn big ideas into real impact!

The Administrative Assistant keeps everything running smoothly by supporting teams with expert organization and communication. From coordinating meetings and managing travel to crafting reports and handling correspondence, this role is the backbone of daily operations!

What You Will Do 

  • Enter requisitions into Oracle Fusion to generate purchase orders efficiently.
  • Audit invoice payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor the payment inbox to track incoming invoices and follow up as needed.
  • Manage and allocate service tickets through the At Your Service platform.
  • Maintain log sheets to support tracking and reporting activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the security team as needed.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in related role.  
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $24- $28 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
