Administrative & Operations Senior Analyst

We are seeking an Administrative Senior Analyst to support our Brazilian operations. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the General Manager of Brazil, acting as a strategic partner in managing office administration and core finance responsibilities. Your primary objective will be to ensure operational excellence by overseeing the accounts payable process, monitoring cash flow, and driving financial assessments against budgets and operational goals. Beyond daily financial operations, you will focus on continuous improvement by refining operational systems, policies, and internal processes. This role requires a global mindset, as you will collaborate extensively with international teams to enhance the efficiency of support services, specifically within Administration and IT. You will be instrumental in forecasting financial performance and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our local office in a high-velocity environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent English (Written and Spoken): Mandatory proficiency for daily global collaboration and reporting.
• Financial Operations Expertise: Strong experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP), cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.
• Budget Management: Proven ability to oversee assessments of operational financial performance against strict budgets and goals.
• Process Improvement: Demonstrated history of auditing and improving operational systems, policies, and administrative processes.
• Environment Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or agile environment is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in GoogleWorkspace and experience with financial ERP systems 
• Administrative Oversight: Experience coordinating office administration and liaising with IT support functions.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to support senior leadership and collaborate effectively with cross-border teams.
