We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple corporate functions, including Human Resources, Marketing, Content Management, Project Management, and Finance. Working 10 to 20 hours per week, you will provide remote administrative support to Emerging Tech's corporate office while developing valuable professional skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support day-to-day administrative operations.
- Assist with preparing, editing, and publishing presentations, announcements, and other written and visual communications for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate content calendars in partnership with the HR Specialist and other stakeholders.
- Edit, format, and maintain proposals, reports, and other company documentation.
- Coordinate logistics and facilitate communication for meetings, travel, training sessions, and company events.
- Serve as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Perform data entry, data compilation, and report generation using enterprise systems and tracking tools.
- Support Payroll and Human Resources with timecard approval processes and related systems.
- Assist with administration of the company Workforce Development Program and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the coordination of the company performance evaluation program and associated systems.
- Assist with processing employee expense reports, including travel-related expenses.
- Must reside in the State of Florida.
- Must reside within a designated HUBZone and be able to verify HUBZone residency if requested.
- Must be a Junior or Senior undergraduate student, or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program.
- Expected graduation date must be May 2028 or earlier.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Must have resided at their current Florida HUBZone address for at least six (6) consecutive months and be able to provide supporting residency documentation if requested.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
