Responsibility
- Oversee daily office and facility operations to ensure a safe, secure and well-maintained work environment.
- Support business continuity by coordinating operational processes across HQ and other offices.
- Manage official correspondence with governmental institutions and follow up on related processes.
- Ensure facilities meet the service standards defined in contracts, while managing budgets and cost control.
- Supervise facility services such as cleaning, security, transportation, company cars, assets etc. and resolve operational challenges when they arise.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor service quality, and ensure performance standards are met.
- Identify purchasing needs, coordinate procurement processes, and track orders.
- Prepare regular reports on office expenses and budgets.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience in facility management or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing vendors and service providers.
- Ability to gather and analyze information from different sources.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Valid driver’s license.
